  1.     第五十四條違反本法第三十四條第二款規定，未按照國務院規定的期限停止生產、進口或者銷售含鉛汽油的，由所在地縣級以上地方人民政府環境保護行政主管部門或者其他依法行使監督管理權的部門責令停止違法行為，沒收所生產、進口、銷售的含鉛汽油和違法所得。
