本文基於上海長橋自來水廠改造工程送水泵站整體水力模型試驗，對有壓前池的水力特性進行了研究，研究的主要內容如下： 1 、無導流措施的有壓前池在不同供水組合及不同機組開機組合條件下的水力特性，並分析了流態較差的原因； 2 、加設導流墩後有壓前池的水力特性，以及加設導流墩流態改善的原因; 3 、有壓前池進氣臨界條件的試驗研究； 4 、水泵進氣以後水泵性能的討論。
