This thesis has firstly summarized the relative theories and concepts of credit management, and then analysed the actuals, existent problems and the causes of these problems of credit risk management about chinese foreign trade enterprise. thirdly, this thesis has adopted methods of the combination of normal analysis and empirical analysis ; used foreign theories and models of credit risk management for reference ; combined the characteristic of chinese foreign trade ; tried to design the system of customer ' s credit risk management about chinese foreign trade enterprise and emphasized the modeling and application of the models of customer ' s credit risk analysis and ev aluation ; accordingly offered chinese foreign trade enterprise a set of operable method, technique and management system for strengthening customer ' s credit risk management
為此，本文在概括分析了有關信用管理的概念、理論的基礎上，歸納總結了我國外貿企業信用風險管理的現狀、存在問題及產生原因；然後採用邏輯分析和實證分析相結合的方法，借鑒國外企業信用管理理論與模型，並結合中國對外貿易的特點，嘗試構建了我國外貿企業客戶信用風險管理體系，並重點建立和應用客戶信用分析評估模型，從而為我國眾多外貿企業加強客戶信用風險管理提供了一套可操作的方法、技術和管理制度；文章最後結合實際探討了還需進一步研究的幾點問題。
