本文以鉻酸陽極氧化表面處理工藝為研究對象，通過工藝技術分析、尋找關鍵特性、建立對關鍵特性的控制等工作，研究建立了表面處理工藝動態質量管理系統；針對冶金特種工藝質量控制的復雜性及統計數據量大等特點，建立了以計算機數據庫管理為基礎的表面處理信息及處理系統；為解決冶金特種工藝原材料入廠復驗任務重的困難，建立了以原材料入廠復驗的試驗結果為評價基礎，以抽樣統計方法為依據的原材料入廠復驗項目優選系統等。 -
