The reason is that there has n ' t the course of instructional design except educational technology speciality in the instructional program of normal education in our country. but current curriculum reform of foundational education need be guided by instructional design principles. thus, it is necessary for instructional designers to study instructional design principles that can be applied to instruction by teachers
