Article 38 if, after three deliberations by the standing committee session, a bill still has major issues which require further study, upon a motion brought by the chairman ' s committee, and upon approval by the joint group session or the plenary session, voting on the bill may be postponed, whereupon the bill shall be submitted to the legislative committee and the relevant special committee for further deliberation
第三十八條法律案經常務委員會三次會議審議后，仍有重大問題需要進一步研究的，由委員長會議提出，經聯組會議或者全體會議同意，可以暫不付表決，交法律委員會和有關的專門委員會進一步審議。 -
Article 54 except for otherwise provided in this law, resolutions made by the creditors conference shall be passed upon the approval of more than half creditors with voting right of which the amount of obligatory rights represented shall be more than two thirds of ascertained ones
第五十四條債權人會議的決議，由出席會議有表決權的債權人的過半數通過，並且其所代表的債權額，必須占已確定債權總額的三分之二以上。本法另有規定的，不在此限。
