本文採用ansys / ls - dyna計算程序為分析工具，對鋸齒形雙金屬復合板成型過程進行計算機數值模擬，在對軋制過程模擬時，針對軋件變形的幾何非線性和材料非線性特點、軋輥與軋件間的接觸、軋件間的接觸以及模型的加載等問題，給出了在ansys / ls - dyna中相應的解決方法：應用nodetosurface接觸方式，設定相應參數，選用雙線性等向硬化模型，載荷作為array施加在剛體質心。
