在本課題研究中，一方面，我們建立和完善了一套國內領先的可以進行納米量級位移及pn量級力測量的光鑷系統，對光鑷系統本身的一些相關技術做了進一步的研究，提出了在低頻響條件下用布朗運動測量光阱剛度的方法，研究了光鑷系統中照明條件對樣品池中溫度及四象限測量系統的影響，並設計製作了用於微管實驗的流動樣品池，實現了對池內溫度的控制。
