    本文採用磁控濺射（ magnetronsputtering ）技術嘗試在單晶si樣品表面沉積制備碳氮薄膜，研究了薄膜的結構特徵、性能與制備工藝參數之間的規律，並考察細胞在碳氮薄膜上的吸附特性隨制備工藝參數的變化機理，並與類金剛石膜在凝血時間、細胞吸附特性等方面做了對比。
