因此我們採用了適合於大質粒提取的sds法，和文獻中應用於硝基苯降解性質粒的提取方法，來嘗試對菌株細胞進行質粒提取，這兩種方法裂解反應溫和，不會像堿裂解法那樣，在裂解過程中損壞質粒，可以實現質粒提取的完整性。
