    摘要本文以《中國期刊全文數據庫》和《中國科技期刊數據庫》 （全文版）為文獻來源，運用文獻計量學方法並結合文獻內容，對我國圖書館讀者滿意度研究論文進行了數量分佈、期刊分佈、作者分佈及主題分佈的統計分析，從而探討了我國圖書館讀者滿意度研究的現狀和存在的問題，並提出相關建議，以期能對本領域今後的研究提供一些參考與啟示。
