對網路信息資源的評價已經成為網路信息計量學的研究熱點。本文分別選取國內外排名前十的大學為研究對象，以大學網站的網路信息資源的利用的若干可計量特徵為研究對象，分析了國內外大學網站信息資源利用的現狀，從鏈接角度建立了一套指標體系，使用altavista搜索引擎對數據進行搜集，使用主成分分析方法對國內外大學網站信息資源利用情況從整體上進行評價，最後採用專門的統計軟體對數據統計分析，利用t檢驗找出顯著性指標，從顯著性指標對國內外大學網站信息資源利用情況進行深入研究和比較分析。 -
