If the borrower is a corporation, the person signing the confirmation on the reverse side of these terms and conditions warrants that by its memorandum and articles of association or other applicable constitutional documents the borrower is authorized to execute and be bound by the terms of these terms and conditions and that the person signing on behalf of the borrower is duly authorized so to do and that the borrower has the necessary corporate power and the legal capacity to enter into, exercise its rights and perform and comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions
如借款人為一機構，則代表借款人簽署本確認函的人士茲保證，按照其公司組織章程或其他適用的組成文件，借款人有權簽立本確認函並受本文的所有條款及細則所約束，而代表借款人簽署本函的人士已被正式獲授權簽署本函，同時借款人擁有必要的法團權力及法律資格訂立、行使其在本貸款下的權利以及履行和遵守其在本貸款條款下的責任。
