配電自動化通信前置機作為dms主站系統的數據採集與處理子系統，提供監控中心與遠方rtu之間各種可能信息的交換功能，其可靠性，實時性和穩定性直接影響scada系統的運行質量。本課題針對現有前置機各通信通道之間不相互獨立、穩定性低的固有問題，提出一種新式單板前置機系統，並對其進行了軟硬體設計，選用高性能專用通信處理晶元，實現各通道獨立，並在實現前置機基本功能的基礎上，充分發揮單片機相對于工控機的快速復位功能以及更好的可擴展性，實現了一個可靠、穩定、靈活的前置機系統。 -

本文以實現工藝數據與產品設計數據、製造數據、采購數據等數據間的傳遞與集成為目標，在分析了工藝數據管理面向產品特性的基礎上，完成了對傳統工藝bom （ billofmaterials ）組織結構的擴展，構建了工藝bom與企業運作過程中其它bom間的映射關系模型；同時，在分析了面向對象技術的基礎上，詳細論述了產品配置各對象間的關系，進而，採用以產品配置為引導、以工藝數據為中心的建模思想，構建了工藝數據處理方法模型，有效實現了產品全生命周期中工藝數據的紐帶作用及產品數據的一致性控制，使產品數據資源在網路環境下達到了集成和共享，為企業實現計算機集成製造提供了關鍵技術。
