本文通過大量的試驗，對各向同性ndfeb粘結磁體用偶聯劑、粘結劑、固化劑，以及固化工藝、成型工藝及其粒度對磁體性能的影響進行了多方面詳細的研究。在不同工藝條件下制備粘結磁體的基礎上，利用磁性能測試儀、力學性能測試設備和掃描電子顯微鏡等測試分析手段，研究了粘結方法制備ndfeb磁性材料的制備工藝，探討了偶聯劑、磁粉粒度、粘結劑、固化劑、固化工藝和模壓工藝等對ndfeb磁體磁性能及力學性能的影響。
