本文選取太原市萬柏林區進行實例研究，以統計方法結合gis技術對研究區域耕地轉化的變化規律進行分析，結果顯示出在城市化和工業化的不斷沖擊下， 1990年後萬柏林區的耕地轉化呈現出：耕地數量持續下降、以城市建設用地和精細園藝用地為主要流轉方向、耕地相對變化率由靠近市區的城鄉結合部內側向外圍逐漸下降、耕地的景觀破碎度降低、耕地分佈重心不斷向城鄉結合部外側偏移等重要動態特徵。
