在研究過程中，為了探索中國保險資金運用與資本市場發展相結合的路徑，本文以保險公司的經營原理為基礎，分析了中國保險市場的發展過程，中國保險市場的缺陷，基於這樣的事實，本文主張將保險資金運用的創新和資本市場發展結合起來，發揮保險公司作為長期機構投資者推動中國市場發展，提高資本市場的效率，促進中國經濟的長期增長。本文從保險公司角度出發，分析了我國保險資金運用現狀，解決保險公司在資金運用管東北農業大學管理學博士學位論文一理中存在的問題，最後總結了在保險資金運用中的投資理論及其應用，並建立了中國保險資金運用體系，及相應的配套對策建議。
