研究表明： （ 1 ）膠膜能明顯的提高蜂窩夾層結構的剝離性能，對其它性能的影響不大； （ 2 ）對稱鋪層較非對稱鋪層的力學性能高； （ 3 ）固化壓力由0 . 3mpa提高至0 . 5mpa時，蜂窩夾層結構的側壓強度提高，而彎曲強度和剪切剛度分別降低； （ 4 ）蜂窩夾層結構中的面板較同樣材料鋪層的復合材料疊層板的力學性能低； （ 5 ）蜂窩夾層結構的界面上有缺陷時，彎曲強度下降，且隨著缺陷面積增大，彎曲強度下降幅度增大。
