Firstly, the actuality and the development trend of software in marine engine room has been analysised, and then some problems of software in marine engine room are put forward in this paper, afer deep research to opc technology, a new opc - based framework system is put forward in this article ; then, the author has created model for opc server and designed it via using uml language, described the key function of it. furthermore the author has realized some key functions of opc server and offered some important steps ; in the end, based on the characteristic of the monitoring and alarming system in marine engine room, the author has put forward a new scheme of the whole system which is based on opc technology, furthermore the author has designed this system, discussed some methods through which the client side can call the server side easily, realized alarm and trend analysis functions

    本文首先分析了國內外船舶機艙軟體的發展及現狀,提出了目前船舶機艙軟體存在的問題,並在對opc技術深入研究之後,提出了以opc這種軟總線為基礎來搭建船舶機艙監測及報警系統的設計思路,然後,本文深入講述了opc技術的發展、技術規范、技術優勢以及它的實際應用等;選用uml統一建模語言對opc服務器對象進行了建模和設計,論述了opc服務器對象的關鍵功能機制,並通過vc實現了opc服務器的重要功能,給出了實現方法和主要的步驟;最後,結合船舶機艙監測及報警系統的特點,給出了基於opc的整個系統框架方案,並進行了系統設計,講述了客戶端對opc服務器對象的調用方法,實現報警和趨勢分析等主要功能。

In this paper, closely connecting with the actual application of automatization on power station and main engine remote control, and based on the experiences in automatization design together with the successively - built vessels of all kinds in our yard, summarized descriptions will go to the present status, performance and characteristics of automatization in machinery room, analysis and discussion will also be given to classified requirement by rules and regulation on system design of monitoring, alarm, remote control and automatic shift of main and auxiliary equipment, including test and inspection ; all of which, by summarizing the design skeleton and the design ideals on ship automatization, have made some guidance with ship automatization design in the future
