經細胞經流式分析和梯形帶等定性及定量檢測顯示，兩種處理條件均未能抑制sfamnpv誘導的sl一1細胞凋亡，即胞質內游離c擴十升高和胞外鈣離子內流都不是誘導細胞凋亡的主要誘因，提示內質網鈣庫c擴明卜空是sfamnpv誘導的sl一1細胞凋亡信號轉導通路中的主要媒介。
