Analyses the incompleteness of medical diagnosis experts knowledge and discusses the method of integrating expert system with neural network for the representation and acquisition of expert knowledge, and the single parameter dynamic searching algorithm which acts as the studying algorithm of neural network and works better than bp algorithm, and then presents an intelligent medical diagnostic system designed by integration of expert system and neural network for clinical diagnostic purpose and concludes from test the results that the method of integrating expert system with neural network is effective for representation and acquisition of expert knowledge for medical diagnosis system
