本文結合國家自然科學基金資助項目「結構非線性地震扭轉作用和扭轉效應的研究」 （項目批準號： 59978055 ） ，對平面不規則結構的地震反應規律進行了深入研究，明確了影響平面不規則結構地震反應的主要結構參數，研究了不同地震動類型和雙向水平地震輸入對結構扭作用和扭轉效應的影響；採用基於有限元柔度法的纖維模型樑柱單元，建立鋼筋混凝土框架結構三維非彈性地震反應動力分析程序，對依據我國建築抗震設計規范（ gb50011 - 2001 ）設計的不規則結構進行地震反應模擬分析，討論了現行設計方法的有效性。
