其研究的主要內容如下： （ 1 ）本論文認為企業是一個復雜的知識系統，首次提出企業戰略是一種知識活動，知識創新過程是以提高企業知識優勢力為目標的，並試圖用系統論的觀點對知識型企業的戰略管理進行解讀，弄清楚知識型企業戰略管理思想的合理內核。在此基礎上，對知識型企業戰略系統的核心問題進行分解，構築以知識為中心的「共同願景?知識流程?知識員工」戰略模式、以知識優勢力為核心的戰略系統三維結構和戰略管理過程三階段相結合的分析框架。 -
