首先在分析轉臺的控制系統以及轉臺在低速時存在問題的基礎上，研究了連續時間系統的變結構控制，分析了非線性因素特別是摩擦力矩對轉臺的影響，並對lugre摩擦模型做了研究，繼而將pid與變結構控制結合起來進行了研究，在模擬的基礎上應用於wh20s轉臺的實際控制系統，取得了較好的效果。
