2 this insurance covers general average and salvage charge, adjusted, or determined according to the contract of affreightment and / or the governing law and practice, incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of loss from a risk covered under these clause
2本保險承保為避免或與避免根據本保險條款承保的風險有關的損失，按照運輸合同及/或管轄法律和慣例理算或確定的共同海損和救助費用。 -
General average losses and contributions and salvage charges, as defined by this act, are not recoverable under the suing and labouring clause

This clause 12, which does not apply to general average or salvage charges, shall be subject to the exclusions contained in clause 4, 5, 6 and 7 above, and shall not include charges arising from the fault negligence insolvency or financial default of the assured or their servants
對共同海損和救助費用不適用的本條規定，須受上述第4 、 5 、 6和7條所包含的除外責任的制約，且不包括因被保險人或其雇員的過錯、疏忽、無償付能力或財務困境而引起的費用。
