在實體建模程序中，以雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪的加工原理為基礎，藉助繪圖軟體autocad ，模擬了雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪銑刀盤刀齒形狀、輪齒毛坯形狀等，進而根據產形輪與被加工齒坯之間的共軛嚙合關系，進行了雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪的實體建模及加工過程模擬，在屏幕上動態顯示刀具及被加工齒輪的相對位置及其加工時的運動軌跡和規律。 -
In this dissertation, first, based on the theory of w - n gearing, characteristic of tooth profile as well as the processing principle of helical bevel gear, a cutting meshing analysis about double circular arc profile bevel gear was carried out, the equation of meshing in the process of cutting tooth, the surface equation of generating gear as well as the general tooth surface equation of double circular arc profile bevel gear were obtained
本論文首先根據雙圓弧齒輪傳動的嚙合理論，結合其齒形特點和弧齒錐齒輪的加工原理，進行了雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪的切齒嚙合分析，得到了切齒嚙合過程中的嚙合方程、產形輪齒面方程以及雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪的通用齒面方程，為下一步生成雙圓弧弧齒錐齒輪的三維模型打下了基礎。
