    摘要以氣象熱力試驗數據建立的供熱氣象節能模式、指標體系為依據，依託常規氣象業務系統，選取access2000作為數據庫系統，利用fortran和vc計算機語言的混合編程技術，開發了北京城市集中供熱節能氣象預報系統，並於2002 ~ 2003年採暖季在北京市專業氣象臺和北京市熱力集團公司投入應用，為實時供熱調度提供依據。
