社工在接聽傾訴后，會為有需要的求助者提供服務轉介及跟進。 -
When a help seeker asks the sbhk to help another person who is suicidally inclined, the sbhk will provide information as best it can and advise that other person to contact it. the sbhk will not disturb anyone who does not approach it direct, except when by reason of young age, infirmity or ill health, that person has to contact it through another person
如求助者要求該會協助其他有自殺傾向的人士時，該會會盡量提供資料，並建議當事人與該會接觸。對于不直接求助的人士，該會概不加以干擾，除非當事人因過于年幼、老邁或身體不適，要由他人代為聯絡，則該會會嘗試接觸當事人。 -
