本文以長沙市嶽麓山高科技園區為依託，從調查園區內的各類交通出行開始，首先分析評價了園區內現狀道路網上的交通流時空變化規律及道路網上的交通服務水平狀況;其次是應用多元統計分析方法，以調查企業為樣品，以企業單位車間面積所產生的年貨運交通量為變量，通過聚類分析，獲得了樣本企業的四個類別，並建立了各類企業貨運交通量的預測模型，應用這些模型，可預測園區內現狀或規劃年的日最大貨運交通量;第三是對園區內企業員工的出行規律做了分析研究，獲得了企業員工的出行次數、出行方式及出行發展趨勢等等特性指標;最後是對園區內小區居民的出行狀況進行了分析，獲得了居民出行的諸如高峰時段、高峰出行量等等的特徵數據。 -

在分析各國ogfc級配的基礎上，運用礦料體積法進行ogfc級配設計，用正交實驗對礦料級配進行了優化設計，運用數理統計方法分析礦料級配和孔隙率之間的關系，並回歸出礦料關鍵篩孔通過率與ogfc骨架空隙結構關系的數學方程，進而提出了ogfc的合理級配；通過對不同孔隙率典型級配混合料的性能研究，綜合力學和功能性能，得出了ogfc的合理孔隙率范圍：針對高速公路面層對ogfc力學性能方面的要求，本文從瀝青膠結材料、纖維穩定劑兩方面對ogfc的性能進行改善：通過sbs和橡膠粉復合改性的方法開發出了適合ogfc的高粘度改性瀝青，摻加聚合物纖維，提高ogfc的最佳瀝青用量，進而改善了混合料的高溫性能和抗水損害性能，優化設計出能滿足高速公路路用性能，車轍動穩定度達5000次/ mm以上，動融劈裂強度比90 ，透水系數31ml / s ，並具有防滑降噪功能的開級配瀝青磨耗層（ ogfc ）混合料。 -

本文基於甘肅黃土分佈、工程地質及路用特性研究，對該黃土地區在建和已建的全部高等級公路交通狀況進行了詳細調查和分析，劃分了交通量等級；對甘肅黃土地區代表性的高等級公路，利用三種不同方法實測了土基回彈模量，分析了各測試方法的相關性，建立了相關關系，對土基回彈模量進行了強度等級劃分；通過室內外試驗比較，推薦了常用的半剛性材料和瀝青混凝土設計參數值；利用計算機編制了基於改進遺傳演算法的優化設計程序aga ? lq ，並成功求解了瀝青路面結構非線性優化設計模型；最後經計算提出了甘肅黃土地區高等級公路瀝青路面典型結構，並編制了查詢圖庫軟體cx ? lq ，供設計單位直接選用，科學簡便地解決了甘肅黃土地區的路面設計問題。
