本文針對黃河上游即將開工建設的拉西瓦水電站700mw水輪機的參數選擇進行了研究，通過對國內外的大容量、高水頭水輪機的比轉速統計計算，利用水輪機的相似理論，採用回歸統計計算方法，統計出了比轉速統計方程，並進行了水輪機主要參數選擇論證，提出了適合拉西瓦水電站水輪機的主要目標參數。
