論文取得的主要成果如下： （ 1 ）在滿足全河幹流防洪、防凌、供水等綜合利用要求的前提下，以水庫調度期發電量最大為目標，採用大系統分解協調方法，建立了龍劉和三小的優化模型，採用逐步優化演算法（ poa ）求解了該模型。
