本文即試圖通過對這些分析法學家的法學思想及其所持哲學觀之間關聯的探討，對同以「分析」為名的「分析哲學」 、 「分析法學」以及「新分析法學」的不同「分析」觀進行梳理，指明哈特之於分析法學的貢獻乃在於日常語言分析轉向的實現，從而使我們可以通過理解語言來更好的理解法律，使眾多曾經困擾著我們的法學問題可經由細致地日常語言分析而得以澄明。
