The paper consists ofthree parts : introduction, body and conclusion 。 in introduction part, the author gives a brief account of the paper ’ s train of thought as well as the current situation ofpostmodernism, the main research methods, innovation and insufficiency ofpaper. it points out that althou @ critique is more than constructs, the denial is more than the aff ' mnation in postmodernism theory, but it has the realistic foundation of existence. moreover it displays certain characteristies which have some kind of conjunction contrast with the marxism, therefore, postmodemism has the salutary lesson to our country ’ s modernization 。 but the present domestic still 、 lacks the system research from the philosophy angle about the postmodernism and its significance to 0111 " country ’ s modernization. this is the reason whytheauthorchoosesthistopic 。 in chapter one, the author gives a comprehensive ahalysis of postmodemism from four aspects : the semantic confusion and contradiction, the definition of connotation, the fundamental characteristics, meaning and value. through the analysis, it finds that postmodemism is a kind oftransformation contrasted with modernity. it is a new stage indication to the social development, and it has the important salutary lesson to our coun ~ ' y ' s modernization
而且它所表現出來的某些特徵與馬克思主義有某種契合，因此，后現代思潮對我國的現代化建設有借鑒價值。而目前國內尚缺乏從哲學層面對后現代思潮及其對我國現代化建設的借鑒意義的系統研究，這是本文的選題原因。第一章主要從語義的混亂和矛盾、內涵的界定、基本特徵、意義和價值等四個方面對后現代思潮進行了綜合分析，認為，后現代思潮是一種相對于現代性的轉向，是對社會發展新階段的預示，它對中國現代化有著重要的借鑒意義。 -
Part 1, introduction, here we make brief introduction of the research meaning of this paper, domestic and international research achievements as to this topic, and the research method used in this paper. part 2, establish a frame of institutional analysis as to agricultural labor transference through comparing and analyzing institutional theory of marxism and new institutional economics. part 3, with frame of institutional analysis, we make empirical analysis of the process of agricultural labor transference and institutional change, and make penetrating analysis of the existing institutional barriers which hinders further transference of agricultural labor
全文共分4章：第1章，引言，概述本文研究的意義、國內外有關的研究成果以及本文的研究方法；第2章，通過對馬克思主義經濟學中的制度理論與新制度經濟學的制度理論進行比較與分析，藉以建立本文的理論分析框架；第3章，運用制度分析框架對我國農村勞動力轉移的過程及制度變遷進行實證分析並對目前仍然存在的阻礙農村勞動力進一步轉移的制度因素作剖析；最後一章，即第4章，對全文做出總結，闡述從農村勞動力轉移的制度分析中可以引出的若干啟示。 -
