本文以dgd包埋去包埋技術對草履蟲的核纖層通過透射電鏡和免疫熒光分子雜交等技術進行了觀察。結果顯示，在核周存在由10nm纖維組成的核纖層免疫熒光結果表明，在核周呈陽性反應，並在其表皮口器等部位呈交叉的陽性反應蛋白分子雜交的反應帶在68kd處呈陽性反應。
