文摘:在介紹與分析了國內外電子調焦系統的技術發展與現狀的基礎上，提出了一種基於sspd （自掃描光電二極體列陣）與8098單片微處理器自動調焦的整體技術方案，給出了基於圖像高頻成分統計的聚焦判識演算法，在此基礎上實現了反射式與透射式光學顯微鏡的自動調焦，同時對系統的可靠性有關的其它相關問題如光源穩定性、步進電機驅動等問題也進行了討論。 -

在第三章介紹無線光接入系統的光收發單元，採用多孔徑卡塞格倫式的收發天線對消除減小大氣湍流影響有較大作用，針對大氣通道的特點無線光系統收發單元在光源、光探測器、前置放大電路上存在許多有別于光纖通信的技術，同時還闡述了光接收機包括背景噪聲的噪聲機制和接收靈敏度、誤碼率等指標，最後給出了一個整個傳送鏈路的功率預算。
