    本文在總結國內外現有研究狀況的基礎上，建立了綠色設計與製造的研究內容理論體系；並依據常州機床總廠ck7525數控機床的實際生產過程，分析在不同加工過程中污染產生的機理；應用綠色設計與製造的理論體系對機床的導軌進行可拆卸設計、潤滑油路和包裝可回收性設計；對綠色鑄造粘結劑、綠色熱處理工藝、干切削刀具選用進行試驗分析；應用泛環境函數和金屬材料環境負荷評價模型對機床的主要材料進行生命周期評價。
