介紹了國內外毫米波功率合成的發展狀況和最新的研究成果。考慮擬以電路合成方式做毫米波功率合成器，必須解決與功率合成有關的相關組件的高可靠高性能指標問題，因此設計了兩種波導微帶過渡結構，其中探針式過渡測試達到了較好的效果，並對所提出的一種新型微帶波導過渡進行了模擬，在一定條件下具有較好的性能。
