而移制胎兒胸腺后，由於胎兒胸腺內有來自胎兒卵黃囊、胚肝和骨髓的幹細胞，並能分泌大量胸腺素，促進淋巴細胞在該處增殖、分化為成熟t淋巴細胞，繼而輔助b細胞活化成為漿細胞，漿細胞數量增加，產生的抗體量增加，即igg ， igm ， iga含量增加。
