The minor crime become a very serious social problem all over the world in 21st century. . some people considered the minor crime is as intractable as environment pollution and freak - out. the minor crime is also a big deal in our country, more and more people is focus on it. i choose the duty of law, of the main part of minor crime to open out my research in order to prevent the minor crime and bring forword reasonalized advice to family education, moral construction in schools and the environment that minors grow - up in.
21世紀，未成年人犯罪成為當今世界各國十分重視的社會問題，有人將未成年人犯罪與環境污染、販毒吸毒並列為世界三大公害。在我國，未成年人犯罪同樣是一個比較嚴重的社會問題，成為人們關注的焦點。為預防未成年人犯罪，給當前家庭教育、學校未成年人思想道德建設、未成年人成長的社會環境提出合理化建議，我選擇了未成年人犯罪的法律責任主體專題開展了研究。 -
Especially to the students, when they are enjoying a lot of useful information and chances provided by the network, something is wrong with the morality, such as : the value change, the pollution of unhealthy information etc. the moral education in school confront great challenge. to analyse the reason of the problem in moral education under the network environment, there are a few aspects : 1
尤其是學生，他們在享受網路所提供的大量有益信息和機會的同時，思想品德方面卻出現了一些嚴峻的問題，如：價值觀念的偏移、黃色信息的污染、思維方式的漸變、道德冷漠和人際情感的疏遠等，使學校德育面臨嚴峻的考驗和挑戰，實效性偏低。
