摘要長期以來，對于多維基因多態性數據的多元統計分析，如計算遺傳距離時所用的聚類分析、分析群體遺傳結構時所用的主成分分析、因子分析和典型相關分析等，一直應用為無約束條件數據而設計的經典多元線性分析方法，並沒有注意基因多態性數據的「閉合效應」所帶來的問題。
