    本文是以本學院自行研製開發的印製電路板鉆銑床為研究對象，以工控機為硬體平臺，以windows為軟體平臺，硬體系統採用「 nc嵌入pc式」結構，即運用現有的工控機+運動控制卡+數字量輸入輸出卡的基本結構，把機床控制系統開發成基於windows環境下的數控系統，代替原有的基於dos操作系統下的控制系統，從而實現對三坐標數控鉆銑床的控制。
