網路學習時空分離的特性使得學習者的學習過程缺乏教師的實時監控，教師較難了解學習者的學習行為，從而導致在教學方面教師角色淡化和教學管理弱化。由於缺少教師對學習者實時的學習關注和隱性激勵，這種學習方式對學習者的自我監控能力和學習素養提出了較高的要求。針對網路學習的這些問題和不足，本文受到檔案袋評價的啟發，利用jsp動態網頁製作技術，配合sqlserver2000數據庫，設計並實現了一個對網路學習行為自動監控的系統。
