危險條款-
1 no claim arising from a peril insured against shall be payable under this insurance unless the aggregate of all such claims arising out of each separate accident or occurrence ( including claims under clause 8, 10, 18 and 20 ) exceeds in which case this sum shall be deducted
1在每一次單獨事故或事件中，承保危險造成的損失索賠，除非累計金額（包括第8 ， 10 ， 18和20條）超過，保險人不予賠償，在超過該免賠額的情況下，該金額應從賠償總額中扣除。 -
3 no claim under this clause 11 shall in any case be allowed where the loss was not incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of a peril insured against
