    本文選擇標準型圓盤犁作為試驗研究對象，以圓盤犁刀為具體的仿生設計部件，運用觸土部件減粘脫土理論，在仿生表面改性、改形研究以及傳統圓盤犁刀結構基礎上，首先對圓盤犁刀進行了若干種仿生非光滑結構不同組合設計，繼而製作了兩組試驗用仿生圓盤犁刀，最後對設計加工的仿生圓盤犁刀，分別進行了正交試驗設計和二次回歸試驗設計，在室內土槽中進行了研究條件下的耕作試驗。
