本文通過對建築施工企業及其招投標概念的定義，分析了我國建築市場工程投標的基本過程，以及招投標的歷史發展，提出了建築施工企業提高競標能力的內涵，並分析了影響建築施工企業競標能力的主要因素，建立了建築施工企業競標能力的評價指標體系和評價方法，並依照評價指標體系採用評價方法對建築施工企業進行了分類。
