為了解決實驗中裸光纖體系與修飾光纖體系在獲取模式濾光信號上出現的不一致現象，即裸光纖體系中隨著分析對象的折射率增大，獲取的模式濾光信號呈下降趨勢，而在修飾光纖體系中分析對象的折射率增大，獲取的模式濾光信號卻是增大的，我們從光的能量輻射學入手，詳細地討論了光輻射能在傳輸路徑上的反射與透射，獲得了模式濾光信號產生的細節，以此建立了模式濾光檢測的新模式。
