廢棄物經操作臺連續定量投入立式爐本全燃燒室，由點火文空燃燒機自動點火，根據三t原則在爐本體燃燒室（ 800 - 1000 ）以充分燃燒，焚燒后產生的殘余廢氣經煙道進入二次燃燒室再經高溫（ 1100 - 1200 ）氧化焚燒，經二次焚燒后的氣體進入高效旋風除塵器，除去顆粒較大的粉塵后，進入急冷塔噴淋洗滌裝置吸收酸性氣體。
