通過分檔測試主軸轉速在300 600r min范圍內分離篩與梁的振動加速度、梁所承受的動態彎矩、扭矩和剪力以及各參量的時頻域分析，得到了主軸轉速與分離篩振動、主梁的振動及其危險截面的動態載荷間的變化規律，研究表明梁的振動和其所承受的動載與分離篩的振動之間具有明顯的相關性，分離篩的振動主要影響梁振動的低頻成分，適度改善分離篩的振動加速度，可直接改善梁的負載和振動特性。
