摘要以浙江省臨安市南天目山為例，總結出山地型旅遊資源非優區的規劃方法：通過轉變資源利用方向，以扭轉資源劣勢；通過借用旅遊區區外景觀資源，豐富可利用的景觀資源；與區外旅遊區的聯動開發，以增強旅遊吸引力；通過觀賞場景轉換，以提升普通景觀旅遊資源的景觀價值；將旅遊區小的特色加以擴展與強化，以突顯易被認知的特徵；將某些旅遊設施進行旅遊項目的開發，以增強特色；運用景觀生態學原理，將大地景觀化平常為獨特等。
