本文以qtz63塔機為研究對象，按設計提供的載荷及幾何參數，運用i - deas軟體先對回轉支承系統三維建模，再進行結構有限元分析，依據強度及變形結果，找出塔機各種工況下高應力區域、變形明顯部位出現的規律，並分析對塔機系統產生的影響。
